The Yoga and Meditation Club is here to help you stretch and strengthen your body, relax your mind and release the stress of life. Sounds pretty good, huh? :-)

You don't need experience and you don't need to be flexible - yoga and meditation are for everyone!

We meet every Thursday from 7-8:30pm in the University Union. We have a few different rooms this semester so see the meeting dates page for exact location each week.
