Hi Everyone and welcome to the Fall 2016 Semester!
The Yoga and Meditation Club is here to help you stretch and strengthen your body, relax your mind and release the stress of life. Sounds pretty good, huh? :-)
You don't need experience and you don't need to be flexible - yoga and meditation are for everyone!
We meet every Thursday from 7-8:30pm in the Summit Room, located on the 3rd floor of the University Union. The first class is Feb. 4th.
